How to track logistics?

We will send the tracking number of the parcel to your mailbox between 1 to 3 business days as soon as your order is shipped. You can also contact us anytime if you want to know where your stuff is. We will be at your service anytime.

How long can I get my item?

The product will be shipped within 1-3 days after purchase, delivery time is 7-14 days. Force majeure may cause the delivery time to be extended.

How to Warranty?

(1) If it is a software problem, we can upgrade the software for free, and you can simply upgrade the software of the machine.

(2) If the accessories are broken, we will provide new accessories for free within the warranty period (12 months). If the warranty period has expired, we will charge the cost of the accessories.

(3) If it is a hardware problem, it is within the warranty period (12 months). You can send it to our designated after-sales address, and we will repair it for you free of charge. If the warranty period has passed, we will charge a certain fee according to the situation.

CanI return the product?

We offer 30 days for no-reason returns, as detailed in our Return and Exchange policy.

How much will import taxes be to my country?

Please contact your local judiciary office for specific taxation details.

Does Seaskon Car Play ship internationally?

Yes. Seaskon Car Play has the ability to ship Car Play internationally from our warehouse in PRC. However, shipping restrictions for Car Play do apply to a number of countries. Please contact us at sales@seaskon.com for more information and about international shipping.
